About the Company
BoostDraft is a software engineering company that develops an IDE for documents. Founded by MIT and Stanford graduate students, the company creates an assisted document editor that employs error checking, reference checking, and auto-completion using both rule-based approaches and NLP, similar to professional coding editors like VSCode.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement classes and methods for a document IDE
- Refactor existing code to improve extensibility
- Conduct user interviews to understand daily workflows and pain points
- Propose innovative and feasible ideas for unprecedented features
- Perform unit testing and code reviews
- Contribute to overall architecture design and technology selection
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience coding in C#
- Experience developing user-facing products
- Proficiency with GitHub and understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills
- Passion for writing clean, efficient code
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a startup
- Fluency in Korean
- Experience in engineering teams of 5 or more members
