Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth within the team.
• Oversee project timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization.
• Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Enforce technology standards and implement robust testing practices and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Strong experience in React Native and/or native Android or iOS development.
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in state management and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in performance optimization and debugging.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and Git-based development workflows.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD engineering practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GitLab and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with mobile observability and telemetry tooling.
• Experience using feature flags and experimentation platforms.
• Background working in Agile product engineering environments.
