Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities

• Design and build features and distributed platforms at scale
• Drive impactful initiatives for globally distributed infrastructure
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to drive end-to-end solutions
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards

Requirements

• 2-7 years of industry experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale production systems
• Strong fundamental computer science skills including algorithms and data structures
• Fluency in Java, Python, C++, or SQL
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with database internals
• Experience with data governance
• Experience with payment systems
