Software Engineer-Backend-Golang

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architectural design and development of server-side systems for a Thai food delivery platform
• Improve existing systems to achieve better performance and scalability, and enhance code maintainability to increase team productivity
• Perform end-to-end software development including design, coding, testing, deployment, and bug fixing to ensure smooth system operation and optimal user experience

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Java or Golang development, preferably in the internet industry
• Solid foundation in Java (JVM, multi-threading, NIO, RPC) or Golang (language mechanisms, debugging tools)
• Proficiency in distributed architecture and microservices frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Dubbo, or Zookeeper
• Mastery of mainstream middleware including MySQL, Redis, HBase, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols, caching, serialization, and RPC frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with Kubernetes secondary development is a plus
• Experience with scripting and Linux environments
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong foundation in computer networks, data structures, operating systems, algorithms, and design patterns
• Ability to handle cross-team projects independently and communicate technical documentation in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food delivery or ride-hailing platform development
• Experience with high availability and high concurrency projects
• Passion for technology with a history of technical blogging
