Software Engineer – Autonomy Tooling

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable applications and infrastructure to support autonomy development workflows and simulation products.
• Design, develop, and modify software specifications while determining performance standards.
• Work across the entire stack to build new products, features, and tools for customer autonomy workflows.
• Build out infrastructure initiatives, optimize cloud computing and storage costs, and design new cloud projects.
• Create new features for simulation products and improve core backend software, including ML Sim Agent integration.
• Collaborate with domain experts in robotics, graphics, and infrastructure to design software and address performance requirements.
• Architect solutions to technical bottlenecks and develop system testing or validation procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer within the automotive industry.
• At least 2 years of professional experience using ROS, C++, and Python.
