August is building the world's largest AI-native legal services company. We are rewriting how law firms scale by building agents that mimic a lawyer's reasoning, research, and drafting to make high-quality legal work accessible and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive and optimized UI/UX using React and TypeScript for workflows that integrate reasoning LLMs and agentic architectures
• Rapidly prototype, evaluate, integrate, and test new product features in close partnership with customers and the legal team
• Develop new AI native workflows including streaming, long-running tasks, and procedural UX

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production-quality frontend applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Proven ability to create polished, intuitive user interfaces with attention to detail
• Ability to work in an early-stage company environment with high ownership and rapid iteration
