Software Engineer Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement complex business requirements for server-side applications.
• Manage databases and business logic to ensure correct data flow between the server and the client.
• Formulate detailed technical designs and recommend technical solutions for various systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical architecture matches business needs.
• Apply agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in System Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java (17+), Node.js, or Nest.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, or DB2.
• Strong knowledge of REST Services, Spring, and Microservices development.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architecture and OAuth2.
• Familiarity with non-relational databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, GitFlow, Gradle, and NPM.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.
• Familiarity with security and quality tools like Sonar, Checkmarx, or Fortify.
