Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end from data models and APIs to polished user interfaces
• Rebuild schedule editing experiences to optimize for customer satisfaction
• Design systems to capture real-world constraints like labor laws and union rules
• Ship forecast interfaces that provide accurate staffing predictions
• Optimize schedule generation performance for large-scale customers

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping successful products
• Strong generalist engineering skills across the full stack
• Experience solving ambiguous technical or organizational problems
• High attention to detail regarding UI/UX and product quality
• User-centric mindset focused on solving customer pain points

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scheduling algorithms, operations research, or constraint solvers
• ML or algorithmic background in forecasting, optimization, or statistical modeling
• Background in support, operations, math, or physics
