Responsibilities

• Build foundational product features including knowledge base analysis and workflow builders
• Enhance RAG engines using vector search, document re-ranking, and hypothetical document embeddings
• Architect LLM infrastructure and abstractions for various model integrations
• Design and implement evaluation and logging systems to monitor performance
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and improve product experience
• Participate in user research, planning, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor
• Experience working with LLMs
• Proven impact in startup or small company environments
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
