Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for analytics-enabled applications, APIs, and backend services
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services supporting analytical models
• Lead the development and integration of RESTful APIs
• Build and support applications leveraging Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Provide Level 3 application support for analytics platforms
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional experience in software engineering or backend development
• Strong expertise in Python development for enterprise-grade applications
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with cloud-native and serverless architectures, preferably in Microsoft Azure
• Solid experience with SQL and data warehouse platforms like Azure SQL or Snowflake
• Demonstrated experience supporting production systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
