Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop GRC solutions on Decision Focus, including workspaces, forms, data models, and automations
• Build and maintain risk registers, control libraries, and compliance frameworks
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
• Provide Workday integration support, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Build and support API-based integrations between Decision Focus, Workday, and other ERP systems
• Support monitoring, alerting, and proactive management of production systems
• Document configurations, build guides, and integration designs
• Support audit readiness and produce evidence for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate coding or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, XSLT, or XML)
• Development/configuration experience on an enterprise GRC no-code/low-code platform
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts
• Workday integration experience including security and reporting
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and ERP systems
• Finance/accounting knowledge and finance technology experience
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting processes
• Experience with Insurance or Reinsurance systems and data
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of APIs and API development with microservices
• Knowledge of Alteryx Analytics and OneStream systems
• Experience with ETL development and data manipulation
• Proficiency in HTML, SAS, SQL, or XML
• Familiarity with JIRA
