About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to develop feasible solutions within time and cost constraints
  • Design, develop, and modify software specifications and performance standards
  • Develop scalable applications and participate in all aspects of software development including design, implementation, and testing
  • Develop software system testing, validation procedures, and documentation
  • Work across the entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for autonomy development workflows
  • Build infrastructure initiatives and optimize cloud computing and storage costs
  • Collaborate with domain experts in infrastructure, robotics, and graphics to design software and address performance requirements
  • Create new features for simulation products and improve core backend software, including ML Sim Agent integration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer within an automotive company
  • At least 2 years of experience using ROS, C++, and Python
