Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core features of defense tooling products for defense-grade workloads
• Collaborate with US-based product and engineering teams on shared roadmaps
• Contribute to system-level design and architecture for scalability and reliability
• Mentor and lead junior engineers to foster technical growth
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
• Engage with customers in autonomy and defense domains through technical meetings and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building simulation platforms, ML training infrastructure, or developer tooling
• Experience with reinforcement learning frameworks or simulation engines
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with US teams
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ATR, drone swarming, path planning, or aerospace control systems
• Experience in the aerial domain and unmanned autonomy stack development
• Experience with closed-network or air-gapped deployment environments
