Software Engineer (Applied AI)

Responsibilities

• Apply existing agents and frontier models across the stack, including the worker app, business app, and ops platform, to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
• Write and review high-quality code across React Native apps, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs.
• Architect core systems, ranging from real-time matching to autonomous worker-vetting pipelines powered by ML and agents.
• Partner with design to ship polished, intuitive, and performant user interfaces.
• Own product decisions and partner with the CTO on the product roadmap as a member of the founding team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript, React/React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience integrating LLMs or agents into real products (e.g., prompting, tool wiring) or a strong drive to learn.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment characterized by ambiguity, self-direction, and fast iteration.
• Strong front-end capabilities and a focus on building high-quality user experiences.
