About the Company

FLORA is building the first creative operating system: an infinite canvas designed for the generative computing paradigm. Backed by tier-one investors like a16z and Menlo Ventures, the platform is used by creative powerhouses such as Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the intelligence layer of FLORA to make multi-modal creative workflows powerful and reliable
• Architect and build agentic systems powering the platform
• Collaborate across product, infra, and design to build agentic features for text, image, and video models
• Implement orchestration across models, APIs, and tools, including handling retries and fallbacks

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems (multi-step pipelines, tool-using agents, or assistants with memory)
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and automated checks
• Experience with memory and retrieval (vector DBs, embeddings, context management)
• Strong background in orchestration across models and APIs
• Ability to work across the full stack (frontend, backend, infra)
• Product-minded approach to usability and creative control
