Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the mobile product lifecycle from conceptualization through design, development, and launch
• Maintain high coding standards through guidelines, code reviews, and continuous improvement
• Champion application security, performance, and stability via robust testing and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user workflows and ensure cohesive user journeys

Requirements

• 4+ years of Android software development experience
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Kotlin and strong understanding of the Android ecosystem
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience brainstorming and iterating with product designers

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with Android concurrency and storage frameworks (Coroutines, Room, DataStore)
• Familiarity with privacy-focused Android OSs
• Knowledge of cryptography, trusted execution environments, StrongBox, or cellular technologies (eSIM, 4G, 5G)
