Software Engineer AMTS (College Grad)

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable cloud products
• Master the development process, culture, and codebase to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX experts to build new features
• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests
• Analyze and implement automated test suites to ensure platform stability and quality

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
• Must be located in North America
• Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding environment
• Fluency in object-oriented programming and design
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL, or C++

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using and critically reviewing code generated by LLM coding assistants and agentic tools
• Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
• Self-starter mindset with strong motivation and teamwork abilities
