Ambrook Labs is a small team purpose-built for rapid experimentation on customer-facing AI applications, prototyping and shipping tools for industries like agriculture, construction, and trucking.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments end to end in 1-2 week cycles including prototyping and shipping to real customers
• Work directly with operators across various industries to ground experiments in real problems
• Build the eval framework to enable fast and confident development
• Share learnings through internal demos and external write-ups
• Help determine which experiments are worth scaling

Requirements

• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to real users
• Full-stack proficiency across frontend, API, prompts, and evals
• Experience building 0-to-1 products in ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of self-direction and problem identification
• Strong ability to write and share ideas both internally and externally
• Portfolio of side projects or open source work demonstrating idea generation
• Demonstrated curiosity about underserved industries
