Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert for cloud-hosted, serverless web applications within a secure enterprise environment
• Design, implement, and test software solutions, ensuring technical architecture and interfaces are properly integrated
• Collaborate with global Airbus teams, Solution Architects, and IT Architects to support crucial application systems
• Drive DevOps initiatives and methodologies for cloud applications in sensitive environments
• Develop and promote best practices regarding security, architecture design, and development
• Manage application operations, including capacity planning, resource management, and new release cycles
• Partner with technical departments to validate new applications, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5-7 years of technical experience in software development and architecture
• Mandatory expertise in ENOVIA V6 and VPM 1.15 or above
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Hibernate, and SQL
• Experience with frontend technologies including React, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, GitHub, and Artifactory
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (2022x and above)
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as CATIA V5/V6 or Windchill
• Proficiency in German language skills
• Advanced knowledge of product structure, configuration management, and release processes
• Experience with data analysis and project management tools
