Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build innovative products from scratch (0 to 1)
• Enhance and optimize existing solutions as they evolve (1 to n)
• Work with cross-functional teams including end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists
• Solve real-world problems to provide decision-making tools and improve airspace safety

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Ability to travel
• Flexibility to adjust to changing business priorities
• Aptitude to lead and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems (for senior levels)
• Proficiency in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows
