Software Engineer (AI Platform)

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain software for next-generation AI and GenAI products
• Contribute to the technical foundation and architectural discussions of the AI Platform
• Work across the full AI development lifecycle including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment
• Partner with product management in a DevOps model to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful code review feedback
• Maintain service reliability through telemetry, observability, and root-cause analysis

Requirements

• Deep experience with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery
• Proven experience building and shipping production software
• Proficiency with modern software design patterns and DevOps principles
• Experience with GitHub, JIRA, and cloud environments
• Interest or experience in MLOps and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with object-oriented programming, concurrency, and REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Terraform or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MSSQL, Postgres)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP technologies (VertexAI, BigQuery, GKE, GCS, DataFlow, Kubeflow)
• Experience with testing frameworks like PyMock or xUnit
• Proficiency in additional languages such as C#, Java, or Scala
