Software Engineer - AI Platform

About the Company

We are building an agentic mesh network for US healthcare, deploying multimodal systems that can autonomously handle non-clinical tasks. Our founding team is ex-Palantir with direct experience delivering mission-critical software to HHS, NIH, and other federal institutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core systems powering autonomous agent orchestration
• Develop agent runtime including execution engines, task scheduling, and state management
• Build complex agent orchestration for multi-agent coordination and real-time decision-making pipelines
• Create federated interoperability protocols for data residency and cross-entity collaboration
• Develop developer-facing abstractions including APIs, SDKs, and workflow primitives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Deep understanding of distributed agent systems, state machines, and fault tolerance
• Experience putting applied AI models into production environments
• Extreme ownership mindset and ability to solve high-leverage problems without detailed specs
• Interest in mission-driven work within the healthcare vertical
