Software Engineer – AI

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the agentic AI analyst
• Tune agent behavior and measure agent performance
• Add new capabilities to the AI analyst
• Operate across the full technology stack to solve customer problems
• Ship quickly and iteratively while maintaining high bars for performance and quality

Requirements

• 3-10+ years of experience building production software
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience using analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Strategic thinking to balance business goals with engineering excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building data products and AI-ready interfaces
• Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience with AI/ML integrations or building AI-assisted features
