Software Engineer - AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI architectures, including operational monitoring and secure dashboard tooling
• Design, secure, and automate AWS cloud initiatives to optimize agent and customer experiences
• Enhance software development workflows, quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using AI
• Provide insight into emerging technologies, tooling, and best practices for AI initiatives
• Lead teams to deploy and configure services using AI tools

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with ability to obtain SCI with CI Polygraph
• DoD 8570 compliant certification (IAT Level II/III, e.g., Security+ or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Subject matter expertise in AI technologies
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-based solutions (Cloud, SOA, Web Services)
• Experience with Cloud/PaaS environments
• Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Experience with database development (e.g., PostgreSQL)

Preferred Qualifications

• Windows and Linux system administration
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with virtualization, networking, and operating systems
• Infrastructure monitoring with Zabbix
• Security compliance scanning with ACAS
• Experience with NGA cloud-based architecture or IC Cloud implementation
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Machine Learning)
