Software Engineer - AI

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows that power real-world enterprise accounting automation
• Design and iterate on prompts, evaluations, and model interfaces
• Build and orchestrate agent workflows
• Integrate AI components deeply into product and infrastructure
• Ensure AI-driven systems are reliable and scalable for high-stakes financial workflows
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship end-to-end features

Requirements

• 2+ years building product at high-growth companies
• Familiarity with latest AI developments, practices, and frameworks
• Familiarity with web development, relational databases, and distributed systems
• Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in downtown San Mateo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data pipelines
• Experience with mission-critical systems (e.g. fintech)
• Experience with complex workflow engines
