Software Engineer, AI Integrations

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integration solutions between the platform and third-party healthcare systems (EHRs, insurance providers, etc.)
• Utilize LLM technology to automate the reverse-engineering of electronic health records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical approaches
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows from design through deployment and monitoring
• Ensure all integration work adheres to healthcare compliance and security standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot integration issues in production
• Drive implementation of best practices for testing, error handling, and continuous integration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional software development industry experience
• Proficiency in frontend languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, or C++
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational/non-relational databases
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
