Software Engineer - AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and ship shared AI infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling
• Partner with product teams to identify and productionize high-leverage AI use cases
• Serve as a GenAI/LLM expert regarding architecture, safety, evaluation, and deployment
• Design and build agentic systems such as background coding agents and AI SRE tooling
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and shape the product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered features and products
• Hands-on proficiency with LLMs and agentic architectures
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production-quality code
• Ability to work across the stack from backend infrastructure to APIs and frontend
• Proven ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical ML literacy including model evaluation and data pipelines
• Background in developer tooling, platform engineering, or internal productivity infrastructure
• Experience with autonomous vehicle systems or simulation software
