Software Engineer - AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot and LLM platforms (Claude, Azure OpenAI) with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Design and deploy services on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and API Management
• Work closely with business and technical partners to translate requirements into data, software, and AI solutions
• Experiment with new AI tools and frameworks to continuously improve agent-based capabilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and AI workflows to deliver stable, production-ready solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and manage source code using GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Support mentorship and knowledge sharing regarding agent-based AI and data engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a full-stack developer, including building Agentic AI features
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript or JavaScript for AI scripting
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, CoPilot) with practical knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC processes, and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI services
• Demonstrated awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
