Software Engineer (AI Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic toolkits.
• Develop automation pipelines that integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Design multi-agent workflows for task orchestration and autonomous decision-making.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested backend code in Golang or Python.
• Integrate AI agents with third-party services including databases, messaging platforms, and REST APIs.
• Monitor and debug agent behavior in production to improve reliability and identify failure modes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to define agent capabilities and scope.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Golang or Python (Python preferred for agent development).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source equivalents).
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals, including tool and function calling.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and version control (Git).
• Ability to use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to produce and critically review production-quality code.
• An AI-first mindset with the ability to approach problems using automation and agentic solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic frameworks like LlamaIndex, Haystack, or CrewAI.
• Exposure to vector databases or semantic search for agent memory and retrieval.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of both Golang and Python.
