Software Engineer, AI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative generative AI models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions
• Architect domain-specific AI software using agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration
• Determine hardware requirements and optimize inference performance
• Implement model monitoring, agent reliability tracking, and bias mitigation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Deep expertise in agentic design patterns and tool-use
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Experience with vLLM, PyTorch, and HuggingFace
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or ML
• Experience developing multimodal pipelines
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in C# or TypeScript
• Strong publication record in the field of AI
