Software Engineer, AI

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire AI development lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques to improve model performance and capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain next-generation GenAI-based SaaS products and solutions.
• Review code developed by other engineers, providing feedback that adheres to industry standard best practices and coding guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams and product management to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and evaluate product code according to specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with a strong understanding of design patterns and practices.
• Expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres).
• Proficiency with cloud service providers, specifically AWS and MS Azure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Understanding of CI/CD tooling, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience working within a DevOps model.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong knowledge of MLOps concepts.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a resourceful and solution-oriented manner.
