Software Engineer - AI and Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
• Develop AI applications by integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade generative AI solutions, including LLM-based chatbots and domain-specific use cases.
• Deploy and manage scalable AI solutions on Azure, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UX/UI designs into functional, seamless applications.
• Write secure, reusable code and conduct thorough code reviews following industry best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and frameworks to drive organizational innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience with hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience using frameworks such as LangChain and interacting with Azure OpenAI API and other LLMs.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular) and back-end frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions on Azure, including Docker containerization and GitHub Actions DevOps pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) databases.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Pytest.
• Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and data masking.
