Software Engineer, AI

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to prototype and ship AI-powered features
• Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices for production AI systems
• Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and accuracy of AI services
• Build and maintain AI-driven developer tools to increase code quality and streamline releases
• Integrate AI-based monitoring and automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate new models and frameworks like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face
• Integrate AI-powered QA solutions for automated test generation and regression detection
• Contribute to roadmap creation and propose new AI-driven opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional development experience using Kotlin or Java
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and multi-agent systems
• Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals (Multithreading, Memory Management, etc.)
• Experience building consumer-facing products

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with distributed systems in production
