Software Engineer - AI

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered systems for games and internal tools
• Develop scalable backend services leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration workflows
• Rapidly prototype, validate, and evolve new ideas into production-ready solutions
• Build AI-driven workflows for content generation, automation, and developer productivity
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Art teams to solve problems using AI
• Own the performance, reliability, scalability, and observability of AI systems
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of backend architectures, LLMs, and AI agents
• Strong product mindset and ownership mentality
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, RAG, or vector databases
• Experience with AI developer tooling
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
