Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure agent-driven services and systems
• Develop and enhance robust infrastructure and high-throughput APIs focusing on memory, communication, and decision logic
• Integrate agent capabilities with backend services, vector databases, and external APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and UX teams to translate use cases into production-ready software
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and observability for all agent components
• Contribute to architectural design decisions and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of proficiency in Python in production environments
• Proficiency in native agentic coding using tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs
• Expertise with AI model integration, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph), and vector databases
• Understanding of agent orchestration patterns and asynchronous workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with frontend technologies like React and TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Past work on AI agents that coordinate multi-step actions or autonomous decision-making loops
• Contributions to open-source agent toolkits or SDKs
