Responsibilities

• Own agentic features end-to-end from scoping through implementation and launch
• Design and ship LLM agents, harnesses, and verifiers
• Build Python/FastAPI services and Temporal/Modal pipelines for agent orchestration
• Build state of the art RL environments for frontier agents
• Build tooling to turn agent trajectories into actionable insights
• Develop full-stack surfaces and data infrastructure using Next.js and React
• Define agent quality through evals, traces, and failure mode analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to shape agent autonomy and human-in-the-loop flows

Requirements

• Experience building agentic products that scale
• Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, and Django
• Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, or Redis
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Temporal, or Modal
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain
