Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch new product features from first lines of code to production
• Tackle complex challenges in marketplace design and multimodal content understanding
• Work directly with founders to shape product direction and business outcomes
• Ship real functionality weekly in a high-performance environment

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling high-quality, maintainable products from client to server
• Experience and interest in working across the full stack
• Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in New York, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Strong product thinking and human-centric design approach
• Ability to design and scale complex architecture
