Software Engineer, Agent System Developer

About the Company

The AI Transformation Team solves real-world engineering problems using machine learning. The team focuses on two directions: automating problem-solving through Agent Systems and designing/training models optimized for specific tasks. By applying Agentic AI research to production environments, the team creates new ways to improve engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core infrastructure for the Agent System Framework
• Implement core agent runtime components including orchestration, context management, tool execution, and memory abstraction
• Prototype new agent capabilities in collaboration with various organizations and scale them to production
• Design and improve developer-facing interfaces, including CLI and SDKs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in at least two of the following: distributed systems or large-scale backend systems, ML/AI system development (specifically LLM-based), agent systems/workflow engines/orchestration frameworks, or backend development in Python, Go, or C++

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience designing and developing agentic AI system frameworks in real-world or large-scale environments
• Experience developing LLM-based applications such as reasoning systems with planning or tool use
• Experience developing developer tools like CLI or SDKs
