Software Engineer, Agent

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and growth
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to solve complex business challenges

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, eval frameworks, and prompt engineering
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, or Go
