Software Engineer, Agent

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade, highly performant, and reliable AI agents
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and iteration
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to solve business challenges using AI agents
• Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of the core platform
• Prototype new tools, features, and agent architectures based on customer needs

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• High agency and a builder/tinkerer mindset
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand and solve real-world problems
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Experience with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, or Go
• Background as a founder or founding engineer
• Proficiency in Thai to support interactions with Thai-speaking clients
