Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for healthcare that handle sensitive patient and member interactions
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
• Partner with healthcare leaders to understand challenges like high call volumes and administrative burdens
• Navigate healthcare complexity including EHR integrations, payer/provider operations, and interoperability standards
• Build the future of the platform by prototyping new tools and features based on customer needs

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• High agency and a builder/tinkerer's mindset
• Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology or health IT
• Familiarity with EHR ecosystems (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth) and X12 EDI transactions
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Experience with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, or Go
