Responsibilities
- Develop simulation and benchmarking platforms to test AI agents against real-world scenarios
- Create intuitive, no-code content management tools for guiding and testing AI agents
- Adapt software development methodologies to accommodate non-deterministic AI agent behavior
- Accelerate agent creation using generative tools and self-improving systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Experience building and shipping full-stack solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered products
- Proficiency with Go and TypeScript
- Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases
