Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and subject matter experts to understand processes and needs
- Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting to evaluation
- Iterate quickly with users to improve output
- Serve as a bridge between customer needs and platform capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-college experience in software engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience leading major product launches or customer implementations
- Hands-on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs
- Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience
