About the role
Responsibilities
- Build core systems for the Agent SDK, including orchestration engines and runtimes
- Design agentic loops to ensure agents are steerable, verifiable, and adaptive
- Improve retrieval and grounding systems to ensure accurate and trustworthy responses
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production products and systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered systems or agent frameworks
- Experience with retrieval, evaluation systems, or LLM-based applications
- Proficiency with Go and TypeScript
