Software Engineer (AEM)

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, test, and deploy AEM Assets, Sites, and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
• Provide deep expertise in AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
• Implement web best practices including SEO, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide fixes for existing project solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers through code reviews and workshops
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical solutions with business requirements
• Apply an AI-first mentality to iterate on technical proof-of-concepts

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in AEM Content Management and developer tools
• Strong experience with AEM building blocks (templates, components, dialogs, bundles)
• Experience migrating AEM Sites/Assets to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGI, and Maven
• Experience with Experience fragments, Content fragments, and SPA
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and SonarQube
• Knowledge of web technologies including CDN, Apache, and Tomcat
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Developer or Architect)
• Experience with React, NextJS, or NodeJS
• Understanding of Algolia Search
• Experience executing projects with Jira or Asana
• Passion for gaming and video game culture
