Software Engineer, Ads Monetization, Revenue Platform

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core monetization systems, services, and pipelines for ChatGPT Ads.
• Build and operate end-to-end services for event capture, validation, aggregation, pricing, and metering.
• Define and implement the source of truth for ads monetization data, including schemas and data models.
• Ensure system correctness and reconciliation by aligning production outputs with downstream finance requirements.
• Develop comprehensive billing integrations across the stack for ChatGPT and API users.
• Collaborate with Ads Engineering, Data Science, Product, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Significant experience developing and redeveloping distributed systems.
• Proven ability to handle scaling challenges and launch new product capabilities.
• Ability to move fast in an environment with loosely defined requirements and competing priorities.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and communicate knowledge clearly to others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with advertising systems.
