Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software life-cycle and development of both front-end and back-end systems
• Write high-quality code and participate in regular code reviews
• Design and architect systems of varying complexity and scope
• Identify and experiment with new libraries and emerging technologies
• Build innovative solutions from scratch and collaborate with architects and engineers

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in design and development
• Proficiency with back-end web frameworks such as Java (Spring Boot preferred), RoR, Python/Django, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of relational database structures
• Expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and scalable APIs
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of unstructured databases (NoSQL)
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, or cloud components (AWS/GCP)
