Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a variety of software systems, from large-scale data platforms to real-time analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas into new features and user-friendly designs
• Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code to ensure our systems are reliable and performant
• Solve interesting problems by developing and implementing robust algorithms
• Work with a team to test software, create documentation, and ensure everything we build meets the highest standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with Python frameworks like Django or Flask
• Experience with C++ frameworks like STL, Qt, or Boost
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git or Jenkins
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch or MongoDB
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
