Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a variety of software systems, from large-scale data platforms to real-time analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas into new features and user-friendly designs
• Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code to ensure our systems are reliable and performant
• Solve interesting problems by developing and implementing robust algorithms
• Work with a team to test software, create documentation, and ensure everything we build meets the highest standards

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience)
• Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask)
• Experience with C++ frameworks (STL, Qt, Boost)
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDB)
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
