Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on agentic LLM systems including retrieval pipelines and chained LLM workflows
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, robustness, and clinical reliability
• Contribute to backend and frontend systems across the platform
• Prototype with new models, prompting techniques, and open-source orchestration tools
• Contribute to monitoring and observability systems for LLM workflows
• Collaborate across ML, infrastructure, product, and clinical teams

Requirements

• Degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent experience (projects, bootcamp, open source)
• Hands-on GenAI experience through coursework, personal projects, or internships
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts like prompt chaining and tool use
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building RAG pipelines
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Understanding of model evaluation and failure modes in LLM systems
